TrustPlus helps its customers’ employees reduce debt and improve their credit. Employees sign up for TrustPlus financial coaching with one click via an email or text from us. TrustPlus can be accessed any time, anywhere.

THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE:

  • FIRST: Employees select a coach and schedule their first 30-minute session, where a budget is prepared and a soft credit pull is conducted. All information shared with our coaches is 100% confidential.
  • SECOND: Coaches review the employees’ credit report and goals, and then provide a detailed action plan, resources, strategies, and recommendations on products as needed. Follow-up sessions are unlimited.
  • THIRD: A final credit report and score are pulled after 12 months.
  • COMING SOON IN Q1: Employees will be able to utilize banking integration for better cash flow analysis and savings opportunities, along with self-service tools, such as disputing collections debt. Self-service tools are a great first step for employees who want help but might not be ready to commit to coaching.
