NTFP and Pathways Grant Recipients

We are thrilled to announce the credit unions that have already been onboarded to our Pathways to Financial Empowerment service, developed in partnership with Inclusiv. The access to this service has been made possible by the Financial Empowerment Through Coaching grant sponsored by The National Credit Union Foundation.

This opportunity exemplifies the profound importance and impact that a coaching program within a credit union can have, not only for our valued membership but also for the credit union industry as a whole,” said Iliana Diaz, Director of Capacity Building at Neighborhood Trust.

Pathways integrates our financial coaching IP and outcomes tracking platform into credit unions nationwide, enabling frontline staff to provide trusted guidance in every member interaction and product offering. This emphasis on trusted guidance fosters increased product uptake and usage while assisting members in improving their overall financial health..

We are delighted to welcome these credit unions to our Pathways to Financial Empowerment service, which collectively represent a membership base of 265,350 and expand the Pathways customer portfolio to 29 credit unions in total:
